Sometimes, following updates to our website and auction application, your versions of necessary files will become outdated. Even though much care is taken to have these update automatically, there are many factors that determine if your files will be refreshed with new versions. Outdated files may cause you to experience technical difficulties and pages not loading fully, when this occurs please try performing a 'Hard Reload' before contacting our technical support.
Unfortunately mobile device browsers do not function the same with regards to reloading cached files as desktop browsers do.
Performing a 'Hard Reload' on a mobile device browser usually involves clearing the Browser App (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) cache data. To do this, depending on device, go to Settings on your device, navigate to the App/Application listing and tap on your Browser application. This typically displays a number of settings for your browser app including 'Storage' or 'Data'. Within these settings an option to clear cached data should be available and doing so will clear the cached files the browser holds for all websites. Some browsers present an option to clear cached data only for specific websites. If this is available we recommend this so that no other websites are affected.
